3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Send spam, unauthorized messages, or deceptive marketing via WhatsApp.
• Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or hack our platform.
• Access the API using unauthorized methods.

Whatsappio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. WhatsApp API Compliance

• You must comply with WhatsApp’s Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
• You are responsible for your own message templates, opt-ins, and user data.
• Whatsappio acts as a facilitator but is not liable for WhatsApp’s decisions, including template rejections or bans.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly/yearly).
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and charges.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your access will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We may delete your data within a reasonable time after termination.

Whatsappio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Whatsappio are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use this data to operate, support, and improve the service. This includes storing message templates, logs, and campaign data.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain a reliable platform, Whatsappio does not guarantee 100% uptime. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or external interruptions (e.g., WhatsApp outages).

• Whatsappio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Whatsappio harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications
